2025 HANDS-ON CADAVER COURSE WAITLIST.
In-Person Workshop (9 AM-6 PM* PST)
This course helps you gain an in-depth understanding of the many different types of FDA-approved injectables, where to best utilize each one, what complications may arise, and complication management. You will learn injection techniques, how to properly assess your patients as it relates to the aging process, and how to choose the best product.
9:00AM - 10:00AM: The students will first do an in-depth review on the Foundations of Advanced Aesthetics Didactic (online 10 hour portion they took prior to the class) with Dr. Gideon Kwok, DO, and Lori Robertson MSN, FNP-C.
10:00AM - 10:15AM: BREAK
10:15AM - 11:30AM: Next will be a live demonstration on a live demo model of various injection techniques and various areas of treatment by Dr. Gideon Kwok, DO, and Lori Robertson MSN, FNP-C.
11:30AM - 11:45AM: BREAK
11:45AM - 12:45PM: Student Training Session
During the scheduled training time, Dr. Gideon Kwok, DO and Lori Robertson, MSN, FNP-C will guide you on how to:
- Perform patient assessments on live demo models
- Provide patient education on live demo models regarding the treatment that the model is about to receive
- Choose the product that is the most appropriate for the model's needs
- Safely and properly perform injections on live demo models with the guidance and supervision of Dr. Gideon Kwok, DO and Lori Robertson, MSN, FNP-C
12:45PM - 1:15PM: LUNCH BREAK
1:15PM - 6:00PM: Student Training Session

While the students are not being trained, they will be able to observe their peers being trained. This will be an excellent opportunity to listen and learn while observing the training.

Dr. Gideon Kwok, DO has more than 15 years experience performing medical aesthetics and is co-owner and Medical Director to 8 Skin Perfect Medical Clinics in Southern California. He is a national trainer for GAIN (Galderma), Cutera, Bioform (Radiesse), Merz, as well as a faculty member and trainer for MINT threads. The drive and desire to help others, whether it be his patients or fellow providers, is what keeps him at the forefront of the industry.

Lori Robertson, MSN, FNP-C has more than 12 years of experience performing medical aesthetics and is part of the national faculty for Allergan and Galderma. She strives to educate other providers on safe and effective injection techniques so more and more patients can enjoy the life-changing benefits injectables have to offer.
